- Not misuse the Service (e.g. via bots, scraping, or attempts to hack/reverse-engineer).
3. Content and Responsibility
- You retain ownership of all content you upload (logos, images, text, brand materials).
- You grant us a limited license to process this content solely to provide the Service (e.g., generating assets for you).
- We don't review or moderate user content in advance, and we're not responsible for it.
- You're responsible for ensuring your generated ads comply with the rules of advertising platforms and applicable law.
4. Plans and Payments
- We offer free and paid plans. Paid plans may include a free trial (details on our Website).
- If you don't cancel during the trial, your paid plan will start automatically.
- Fees must be paid on time. If payment fails, your account may be downgraded or suspended.
- Some features or usage levels may require additional charges (clearly displayed in advance).
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
5. Changes and Cancellations
- We may update our Service or these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced in advance.
- By continuing to use 64ads after updates, you agree to the new Terms.
